Cancellation policy

If a guest cancels within three weeks of a booked stay, we will make every effort to rebook those nights.  If we can rebook, a voucher to the value of the cancellation will be issued, valid for six months. However, if we cannot rebook, the tariff is payable in full. Your payment is forfeit 

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the demand for our accommodation exceeds supply in many instances.

Booking & Deposit policy

A 100% paymentt is required at the time of the booking, this is due to high demand. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do not refund.

Mini bar & Wine

We are licensed & have a selection of local wine & spirits

Breakages, blocked sinks or anything else..............

If you don't tell us you have broken something and just check out and go and leave blocked toilets or broken things, or spills on the carpet or lounge. We will charge you for carpet cleaning a plumber or anything else to bring the cottage up to standard for the next guest.
